Power Notes is a simple application; basically it creates electronic sticky notes for PC owners.

The program has three major components.
First is Organizer that arranges

otherwise chaotic pieces of information in orderly manner.
Second is Scheduler, a component that is responsible

 for planning events and running tasks when they are supposed to be executed.
The final component is Reminder.

It plays an alarm sounds and displays a visual reminder (sticker) when scheduled.

The light version of the organizer Power Notes has lower system requirements, but it lacks some features.

 It is really easy to use and has lower price.

With organizer Power Notes you can
* create electronic desktop notes (stickers)
* edit sticky notes in the quick and advanced modes
* specify the date and time of reminder
* customize the default parameters of notes

 (their size, text, background and title color, position on the desktop, transparency; shortcuts)
