printers / plotters within both Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 print-server printing environment and non-print-server printing environment (Users send the print jobs to the printer directly via the IP address of the

printer or the printer that is connected to the workstation locally, instead of the shared printer on the print server). It is an easy to use print management software that allows you to manage and restrict printing, audit and log all printing activity, analyze and monitor your printing cost, bill the print job by your client code or project code, confirm and authenticate print job on the workstation before it actually prints, eliminate wasted paper and reduce printer maintenance time.

Simple Interface CZ Print Job Tracker 4.0 manages print jobs for all your printers in one screen. There are three type of views:
Group --> Users
Group --> Computers
Group --> Printers

Easy Printing control CZ Print Job Tracker 4.0 restricts printing automatically by account balance, account status, the maximum allowable pages per print job per printer, document restrictions, computer restrictions, color restriction and print job size restriction.

Easy Client or Project Billing (CZ Print Job Tracker 4.0 Premium Edition Only) The users can enter the client code or project code before the print job actually prints in order to bill the client or project back.

Easy Print Job Confirmation and Authentication (CZ Print Job Tracker 4.0 Premium Edition Only) The users can confirm / cancel the print job or enter user name / pin before the print job actually prints.

Detail Reports. CZ Print Job Tracker 4.0 provides a free reporting tool allowing you to generate 94 reports including 54 default reports and 40 customized reports that can be exported to PDF, Word, Excel and rich text formats.
